Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Navigating Compersion. By using this website, by subscribing through Fanvue, or by using The Vesper Room, you agree to the following terms.

Operator
A n d r e H e c k e r, c/o Block Services, Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach, Germany. Contact: hello@navigating-compersion.com. Full details in the Legal Notice.

Adults only
This site contains explicit content for adults. By entering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — and that accessing adult content is legal where you are.

Scope of Service
Navigating Compersion publishes editorial content on gay relationship dynamics, cuckolding, and personal development, and operates The Vesper Room, a private web application for couples. All content is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Free Content
Part of this site is freely accessible without payment: the Monday pieces, The Library, the Coming Out Guide and its downloads. These require no subscription. A free email subscription is available and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Inner Circle (via Fanvue)
The Inner Circle is a subscription on Fanvue (Fanvue Ltd, United Kingdom). New Deep Dives and Tools (as PDFs) and the weekly Sunday Task are published in the Inner Circle feed on Fanvue. Fanvue acts as the payment provider and handles age verification; the contract for the subscription is concluded with Fanvue and is subject to Fanvue's own Terms of Service. A Fanvue subscription does not unlock any content on this website.

Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time in your Fanvue account. Cancellation stops future payments; access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

Existing website members
Members who were given access to the members' area of this website before October 2026 keep that access while their Fanvue subscription remains active. When it ends, access to the members' area ends too; the free membership remains. The archive of earlier Deep Dives and Tools is currently not open to new members. It will reopen with a membership offered directly on this site.

Sunday Tasks (on Fanvue)
The weekly Sunday Task is published on Fanvue, not on this website. Inner Circle members receive it in their Fanvue feed at no additional cost. It is also available to non-members there as a separate paid item, under Fanvue's own terms and pricing.

The Vesper Room
The Vesper Room (gaycuckolding.com) is a self-hosted web application for two people. It is currently closed to new couples. Members who had access before October 2026 receive a monthly activation code on a members-only page of this website. The Vesper Room is not part of the Fanvue subscription.

The application is under active development and is provided as-is. Continuous availability, freedom from errors, and permanent retention of any data entered are not guaranteed. Separate terms and a separate privacy policy apply: https://gaycuckolding.com/legal.html

Personal Use
All content — including texts, downloads, tools and PDFs — is for your personal use. You may not share, republish, resell or redistribute it, in whole or in part.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of the operator and protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, images were generated with AI tools; details in the Legal Notice.

Conduct
This is a space built on respect. Harassment, impersonation, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent access restrictions will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

No Professional Advice
Everything published here is for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice, and it does not replace it. Every practice described requires the informed, freely given and revocable consent of everyone involved. You remain responsible for your own decisions and their consequences. Liability is excluded except for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, or from intent or gross negligence.

Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes affecting paying members will be announced by email before they take effect.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
